Optional access to mental health, wellness services, and other health enhancements

What is Included in Direct Care?

DPC providers have fewer patients compared to typical primary care doctors, which allow them to really get to know the people they are caring for.
Primary care covers things like annual check-ups, preventative care (screenings, vaccinations), chronic disease management, minor acute care, plus many preventative services

Our Direct Care options include unlimited visits with a Primary Care Provider for a predictable, affordable monthly amount:Individual @ TBD

Wellness credits can be used with any of our wellness providers for things like:
Chiropractic visits
Acupuncturist visits
Massages
Personal Training Sessions
Wellness credits ($100 each) can be added to your monthly plan or purchased as needed.

Specialty Credits can be used for visits with specialists like podiatrists, urologists, ENTs, and more.
Specialty Credit cost is TBD.

How to get Direct Care
Click the Join button and follow the prompts to join Guilds with Benefits as a member.
Log into your new member portal, and click Direct Care.
Select your options for Direct Care and add your dependents (if applicable).
Once payment is complete, you can reach out to your new Direct Primary Care provider to schedule your first appointment.
